In order to ensure continuous product quality, ACI Tianjin has imported the most advanced inspection equipment available:


The QL-20 projector can enlarge jobs by 10~50 times. Any slight difference will be shown on the projector and picked up by the operator.


The contracer from Mitutoyo Japan is a highly precise inspection machine with any misalignment being automatically plotted. It enables magnification of contours to ensure complete accuracy.


All ACI cavities are water tested to ensure volume is within specification.


Every ACI Tianjin product undergoes a detalied end inspection. Inspection reports are issued for every job.


Quality meetings are conducted monthly to comprehensively review any issues that arose in the prior month.


By utilising these highly accurate inspection machines and standardised procedures, ACI Tianjin can guarantee that products are completely within specification and of the highest quality.


Packaging and Transportation


To ensure our mould gear arrives in perfect condition we use only the best packaging material and a standardised packing system. We know that the last thing customers want is a delay in their production schedule due to Mould gear damaged during transit.


We have solid relationships with several reliable freight forwarding agents. Depending on customers requirements we can arrange air, sea or land transport.
