Located in the Northern Chinese municipal city of Tianjin, OI Tianjin Mould Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between OI Packaging Group and Tianjin Glass Mould factory. The joint venture, with 200 employees, has a total investment of US$16 Million and commenced operation in 1995. The company is the largest glass mould supplier in Asia.


Our mould gear is made from the highest quality raw material castings, including 96A Cast Iron, Silicon Bronze, Nickel and Tungsten Carbide for press & blow plungers. Cast Iron and Silicon Bronze are smelted in our own on-sight Foundry to guarantee quality control and prompt delivery. To ensure efficient and precise manufacturing the company has imported the most advanced CNC Milling and Turning machines and uses CATIA and MAPICS computer systems for machine programming and job/inventory tracking.


High quality material, advanced manufacturing equipment and strict quality control combine to provide a solid guarantee of our product quality. The company is annually awarded China's high technology status and is the first mould company in China to obtain ISO9002 certification.


In a addition to selling in the domestic China market, we also export significant amounts of mould gear to Australia, New Zealand, England, Japan, India and S.E Asia.
